The Fairfield Farm College Student Council took part in a Global Webinar with Stanley Black & Decker. This was an amazing opportunity to speak to an audience of 40 people all over the world about the barriers to employment and the support that our young people need when in employment. There were employees from USA, Europe and UK taking part and the feedback was fantastic. Stanley Black & Decker are keen to work with the college to offer remote work experience, employer engagement, CV workshops and mock interviews.
