At Fairfield Farm College this week we ran another Works Skills Careers session focussing on employability skills using teamwork. Students were able to learn about teamwork and then put that skill into practice. Our students were given two different problems that they needed to overcome by working as a team. By listening, communicating and demonstrating strong leadership qualities, both groups were able to complete both tasks successfully in teams.
