On Friday 14th October some Fairfield Farm College students on our Work Skills Programme attended the Chippenham Careers Fair. This was a brilliant opportunity to talk to local employers and find out about the different types of jobs, training and progression routes that might be available to them.

Staff that supported this trip were impressed with students interacting with employers and asking questions. Staff also felt that the employer interactions had opened students eyes to new ideas and aspirations. Well done all the students who showed confidence and stepped outside their comfort zone to speak with potential employers.
