WORK PLACEMENTS

Fairfield Trust offers work placements for young people with learning disabilities up to the age of 25 yrs.

The first step for all work placements is to think about why you want to work with the Trust at either Fairfield Animal Centre (formerly Hope Nature Centre) or The Weavers pub and what you feel you want to get from the placement. Also consider which days of the week you are available to work. Work placement contracts are usually offered for a 12 month period at a cost of £55 per day.

Once you have thought about the kind of placement you would like to apply for, you need to complete an application form and an equal opportunities form (see below).
