Students at Fairfield Farm College have been busy cooking up a storm at Hope Nature Centre this week. Firstly, in the kitchen, a new roasted vegetable and mozzarella panini was created by a student. It was a big hit with those who tasted it, and it’s heading on to the main menu very soon.
Students were also serving delicious hot chocolates and other hot drinks to thirsty customers in the Cafe.
