fairfield farm college sports leaders enjoy a lesson with paralympic swimmer kate grey (ager)
Fairfield Farm College Sports Leaders started their Youth Sport Trust ‘Step Into Sport’ course recently. Their first session started with a Zoom Q&A with Paralympic swimmer Kate Grey (Ager). The group thought about what makes a good leader and then each student delivered a short presentation about themselves. They told the group in college and on Zoom what their name is, how old they are, what their best leadership quality is, what leadership skill they would like to improve and who their role model is. All students did an amazing job, with Kate commenting on how well they did during the session.
There are another 2 sessions planned with Kate, so students have even more to look forward to.
