Fairfield Farm College Sports Leaders recently worked in pairs to improve and develop their ‘verbal communication’ skills. The students took it in turns to guide their blindfolded partner around the college, being in charge of their partners path and direction enhanced their verbal skills. They used clear, calm instructions and focused on helping their partner to feel safe, when the activity finished they reviewed how it felt to guide and to be guided.
